On 29 May 2025, Clarke signed his first professional contract with the club penning a two-year contract. He made his debut for the club on 12 August 2025, in a 0–0 draw with Salford City in the EFL Cup which Rotherham won on penalties. On 5 September 2025, he joined Northern Premier League side Brighouse Town on a month-long loan. He scored his first goal for the club on 2 December 2025, in a 7–2 win against Salford City in the EFL Trophy.
